摘要 【目的】评价三维CT在诊断磨牙牙根形态及牙周牙髓联合病变中的临床价值。【方法】对一个常规临床探诊诊断为颊侧Ⅱ度根分叉病变、牙髓活力试验呈阳性反应的左上颌第二磨牙及其牙槽骨进行三维CT扫描,其影像与常规的X线牙片以及随后因意外而被拔除的该牙离体进行比较。【结果】三维CT扫描影像反映了常规的X线牙片没能显示的该磨牙牙根形态的特异性和牙周病变累及根尖区的情形,而且离体牙显示牙髓呈现部分坏死。【结论】三维CT在诊断磨牙牙根形态的特异性和牙周与牙髓病变的关系方面具重要的临床价值。 [Objective]To evaluate the clinical diagnostic role of three-dimensional computed tomography scans in the diagnosis of molar root shape and combined periodontic-endodontic lesion. [Methods]Three-dimensional computed tomography scans had been performed about a left maxillary second molar tooth and its alveo- lar bone diagnosed as FI Ⅱ° by conventional probe technique and tried out livingness marrow. And the images had been compared to the conventional radiography and the tooth in vitro pulled out following suddenness. [Results]The images of thrce-dimensional computed tomography scans had showed the molor root shape character and the rootstock situation caused by periodontal pathological damage that could not be showed on the conventional radiography. And the tooth in vitro revealed part necrotic marrow. [Conclusion]Three-dimensional computed tomography .scans have important clinical value in the diagnosis of molar root shape character and combined periodontic-endodontic lesion.
