大学生外伤性腰椎间盘突出症的特点及防治

The Characteristics、Prevention and Treatment of Traumatic Lumbar Disc Herniation in College Students

【目的】探讨大学生在体育运动中致腰椎间盘突出症的特点及防治。【方法】对中南大学湘雅医学院在校大学生因体育运动致腰椎间盘突出症患者16例进行回顾性调查。对其受伤原因、症状、体征、治疗方法进行综合评价。【结果】16例椎间盘突出者都有体育课中皆因准备活动不充分、运动量大、姿势不正确而受伤,5例行椎板开窗、椎间盘摘除术患者发现均有软骨板损伤。保守或手术治疗后效果良好。【结论】在校大学生体育运动中发生腰椎间盘突出症与不正确的运动有关,可积极的预防,治疗效果佳。

[Objective]To probe the characteristics,prevention and treatment of traumatic lumbar disc herniation in college students. [Methods]Sixteen cases of Xiangya Medical School of Central South University with traumatic lumbar disc herniation in sports were reviewed. The cause, symptom, sign and treatment were analysed. [Results]The main cause was unprepared, over exercise and incorrect gesture. There was a rupture in the cartilaginous end plate in 5 cases who had undergone operation. After conservative or operative treatment results were good or excellent. [Conclusion]The main cause of traumatic lumbar disc herniation in college students is incorrect exercise mode. It can be effectively prevented and its treatment result is good.
