摘要
[目的]探讨万倍光电显微镜在肺炎支原体(MP)呼吸道感染的诊断价值.[方法]对2004年4~11月份70例临床诊断为肺炎支原体感染患者,取深部咽拭子涂片置于万倍光电显微镜下观察,在柱状上皮细胞胞浆内查找活体支原体.[结果]70例肺炎支原体感染者,有66例检测出肺炎支原体,诊断符合率为94.29%,灵敏度为100%,特异度86.21%,阳性似然比为20.02,正确诊断指数为0.95.[结论]应用万倍光电显微技术可直接查找活体MP,诊断快速、直观、准确.
[Objective]To study the diagnostic value of TH-photoelectric microscope for mycoplasma pneumonia infection. [Methods]April to November of 2004,70 samples taken from Mycoplasma pneumonia infection patients were smeared and observed under TH-photoelectric microscope. Diagnosis was made when living Mycoplasmas pneumonia were found in cytoplasma of columnar epithelium. [Results]Living Mycoplasma pneumonia was detected in 66 of 70 samples of the patients. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 94.29%. Sensitivity rate was 100%. Specificity rate was 86. 21%. Passive likelihood ratio was 20.02. Youden's index was 0.95. [Conclusion]Application of TH-photoelectric microscope can detect the living Mycoplasma pneumonia quickly, directly and accurately.
