摘要 人本主义心理学是特指20世纪50至60年代兴起于美国、60至70年代盛行于美国的一种人本化教育思想,一直受到教育界的广泛关注。本文在客观分析高职英语教学的现状后认为,借鉴并应用人本主义心理学理论,可以有效消除高职学生的情感压力,帮助他们走出英语学习的困境。 Humanism psychology is a humanism educational thought which rose in 1950s-1960s in America and became in vogue in 1960s-1970s, and the educational circles have always been paying close attention to it. After analysing the current English teaching situation, the article believes that, in the vocational college, we should make use of humanism theory to eliminate the students' emotional pressure, and help them extricate from the difficult position of learning English.
