摘要
本文研究了奥—贝球铁焊缝金属组织结构特点和合金元素对奥—贝球铁焊缝金属组织与力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,奥—贝球铁焊缝金属的组织主要为贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体;Si具有抑制碳化物析出和增加焊缝金属中奥氏体体积分数的作用,因而有利于改善焊缝金属的力学性能;Mn增加焊缝金属中马氏体量,因而导致降低奥—贝球铁焊缝金属力学性能。
The microstructural characteristic ofaustempered ductile iron (ADI) weld metal and effects of alloying elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ADI weld metal have been studied in this paper.The microstructure of ADI weld metal mainly consists of bainitic ferrite and retained austenite.Si can improve the mechanical properties of the weld metal due to suppressing carbide formation and increasing the austenite volume fraction.Mn increases the amornt ofmartensite in the weld metal and results in decreasing the mechanical properties of ADI weld metal。
