摘要
目的:测定麒麟菜中14种微量元素的含量,以期为临床,药物及食用研究开发提供资料。方法:采用等离子发射光谱法测定这些微量元素的含量。结果:麒麟菜中钙(C a)、镁(M g)、铁(F e)、锌(Zn)、锰(M n)、铝(A l)、钴(Co)、铜(Cu)、镍(N i)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、钼(M o)、铬(C r)、钒(V)的含量分别为4087.5、3405.5、261.2、206.1、62.27、22.74、2.045、1.956、1.665、1.160、0.642、0.078、0.058和0.048μg/g。结论:麒麟菜中钙、镁、铁和锌含量非常丰富,锰和铝含量较高,其他元素含量较低。
Object: To determine the contents of 14 trace elements from eucheuma muricatum in order to provide reference materials for its research and development in clinic, drug and food. Methods: The elements contents were detected by ICP. Results: The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Al, Co, Cu, Ni, Pb, Cd, Mo, Cr, andVwere 4087.5, 3405.5, 261.2, 206.1, 62.27, 22.74, 2.045, 1.956, 1.665, 1.160, 0.642, 0.078, 0.058, 0.048 μg/g in Eucheuma muricaturn, respectively. Conclusion: The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn were the highest, Mn and Al were higher and the others were very lower in Eucheuma muricatum.
