摘要
目的:在4、25和37℃条件下,考查不同浓度的阿洛西林钠与5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、氯化钠注射液在不同时间的配伍稳定性.方法:采用正交试验方法将阿洛西林钠与上述3种输液配成不同浓度的溶液,按4因素3水平进行L9(34)正交试验,采用紫外分光光度法测定各配伍液中的阿洛西林钠含量.结果:配伍液在上述各温度、不同浓度的输液中,0~8 h内阿洛西林钠含量均无显著性的变化.结论:阿洛西林钠可与上述3种输液配伍.
Object: To observe the stability of azlocillin sudium with different concentrations in 5% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection and sodium chloride injection at 4℃, 25℃ and 37℃ over different periods,Methods: 9 solutions with different concentrations were made up by azlocillin sodium and above-mentioned infusion fluids according to 4 factors and 3 levels to make L9 (3 4) orthogonal test. Then content of azlocillin sodium in each solution was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results : The contents of azlocillin sodium with different concentrations in above-mentioned solutions at different temperatures had no obvious changes over 0-8 h. Conclusion: Azlocillin sodium was well compatible with the above-mentioned solutions。
