摘要
本文介绍了用国产12CrNi3A,20CrMnTi材料,由船用齿轮箱专业厂按其成熟工艺加工的渗碳、淬硬、磨齿齿轮的试验研究情况。主要内容包括:试验的目的、意义;CL—100型齿轮试验机的性能及运行情况,试验齿轮的设计参数和技术要求;测试方法;试验结果和数据处理;成果评述等。
Contact fatigue strength of carburized, quenched and ground gears,which are made of 12CrNi3A steel and 20CrMnTi steel by Maring Gear Box Factory, are tested. The test aim, characteristic of the CL-100 Gear Test Rig on running, design of test gears, measuring method, test results, data processing and conclusion, are introduced in this paper.
