本文通过分析低温绝热容器运行中出现的各种安全隐患,寻找影响低温绝热容器安全运行的内在原因,以及对低温容器事故的危险性进行分析,得出低温容器定期检验中应重点检验夹层真空度。通过对夹层真空度的重要性、影响因素及检测方法进行的论述,提出了真空度降低速率的概念及用此概念判断夹层真空度的方法。

This article tries to find the intrinsic cause of affecting safety running of erto-insulation pressure vessel through analyzing various safety problems which appeared during its operating.The conclusion that has been derived from anal wzing dangerous accident is that the key point of inspection for cryo-insulation pressure vessel is jacket vacuum. The article describes the importanee, affecting factor and measuring method of jacket vacuum,brings forward a concept of reducing rate of jacket vacuum and a method of estimating jacket vacuum by using the concept.
