摘要
本文介绍毛纺厂空调系统的优化方案,并在原有旧空调基础上加以改造,符合新增设备扩容后车间生产工艺的需要。阐述其在空调系统、通风系统、冷热源、水系统及消声减振等方面的设计,提出了优化和改进的实施方案。能够保持车间温度、湿度分布均匀,工作区风速在设计范围内,空调设备噪声较小,满足毛纺厂工艺要求,运行费用较低。
The air conditioning system optimization project for the woolen mill is introduced. The originally old air conditioning system is reformed. It matches the added new equipments that permit the demand produces of the craft. This paper presents design of the ventilating and air conditioning system, cold and head source, water system and vibration,and points out optimizing and improved implementing scheme. The temperature and moisture distribution, air velocity of occupant zone and noise are satisfied. The craft demand of the Woolen Mill is fulfilled, and the operated expense is lower.
