Synthesis of 6-Methyluracil by Phase Transfer Catalysis

摘要 研究了聚乙二醇-400为相转移催化剂,乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素合成6-甲基脲嘧啶的工艺条件。讨论了影响6-甲基脲嘧啶收率的各种因素,得出最佳工艺条件:n(尿素)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯0.1mol)为1.2∶1.0,PEG-400用量1.2g,对甲苯磺酸用量1.2g,85℃反应7h,收率90.1%。 The synthesis of 6-methyluracil from ethyl acetoacetate and urea with PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst was studied. The optimum conditions were as follows- n : (urea) : n ( ethyl acetoacetate 0.1 mol) 1.2 : 1.0 ; the amount of PEG-400, 1.2 g; the amuount of p-toluene sulfonic acid, 1.2 g; reaction time , 7 h; and reaction temperature, 85 ℃.The yield of 6-methyluracil was 90.1% .
