摘要
采用正交试验法,对酶法水解蔗糖生产果寡糖浆的脱色工艺参数进行了选择,通过试验使一次性脱色透光率提高了4%。
By the quadratic orthogonal experiment,process parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis sucrose production Fructooligosaccharide were researched.Once decoloring light transmittance were raised 4% through experiment.
