我国中小企业组织创新模型

THE CONFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION MODELS AND ENTERPRISES INNOVATION SYSTEM IN CHINESE SMEs

随着知识经济的到来,中小企业的发展又迎来了一个新纪元。企业的组织创新对我国中小企业的生存发展至关重要。本文从企业内部的资源共享、企业外部的虚拟集团构建以及企业未来的可持续发展三个方面构建了中小企业组织创新的模型。

With the emergence of knowledge-based economy,the development of SMEs will face a new era.Organizational innovation is a pivotal factor in the growth of Chinese SMEs.This paper researches on the organizational innovation models from three different aspects：the resource sharing of the inside of enterprises,the virtual group constructing of the outside of enterprises and the continual development of the enterprises.And then raise an enterprises innovation system based on the organizational innovation models.
