摘要
应用冷冻浓缩的方法处理大豆乳清废水。实验结果表明,经过冷冻处理后的大豆乳清废水,可以较大地降低其COD值,又可以使乳清废水中乳清蛋白、大豆低聚糖及大豆异酮的最高浓缩倍数分别达到乳清原液浓度的2.737、3.858和3.120倍。
By an experiment on freeze concentration of soybean whey,it was found that the bioactive matter in the soybean whey tein can be concentrated 2.737 can be concentrated after the freezing times.Soybean oligosaccharides can be process.Soybean whey proconcentrated 3.858 times and isoflavone can be concentrated 3.120 times. At the same time, the COD value can be greatly decreased.
