摘要
以桑白皮为原材料制备了壳聚糖,并采用正交试验法研究了氢氧化钠处理质量分数、处理时间、温度及桑白皮与氢氧化钠溶液配比等因素对桑白皮壳聚糖产率的影响。结果表明,处理温度是影响桑白皮壳聚糖产率的最主要的因素,氢氧化钠的质量分数次之,处理时间和桑白皮与氢氧化钠溶液配比对壳聚糖的产率没有影响。通过极差、方差分析,得到桑白皮壳聚糖的最佳制备条件:V(氢氧化钠):V(乙醇)=4:1;m(桑白皮):m(氢氧化钠溶液)=1:10;氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为30%;氢氧化钠处理时间为4h;温度为120℃。所制备的桑白皮壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为30%,产率为1.5%,并用紫外、红外表征了产品。
It is isolation of chitosan from Chinese-medicine Morus slba L. And we have used the orthogonal experiment method to research the impact of the sodium hydroxide solution.The optimum technic conditions are following:V(sodium hydroxide):V(ethanol)=4:1,m(Morus slbal):m(sodium hydroxide)=l:10,30% sodium hydroxide solution,120~high temputure for 4h, chitosan shows a yield of 1.5% of dry weight and deacetylater rate was 30%. The structure of chitosan has been identified by ultraviolet spectrum and IR.
