合金元素对水轮机用耐汽蚀耐泥沙磨损喷焊层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 作者对研制的不同成份的镍基自熔性合金喷焊层,在转盘式汽蚀试验机上进行了清水和浑水试验,对它们的耐汽蚀耐泥沙磨损性能进行了对比研究。在研究中采用了光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、电子探针(能谱和波谱仪)及α粒子径迹法等先进的测试仪器和方法,对喷焊层的显微结构进行了较深入的观察和分析。发现,影响喷焊层耐汽蚀耐泥沙磨损性能的主要关键,在于喷焊层中基体的状态和硬质相的形态、数量和分布情况,而影响这些相组成形态和分布的主要因素,则在于钼、硼、钴、硅等合金元素的含量。 In the paper we have studied the effects of several elements on the properties of spray welding coating for resisting cavitation erosion and wear. These coatings are sprayed by some different components of Nickel base self-fluxing alloying powder which has been developed by us in our research work. In order to obtain the parameters of resisting cavitation erosion and wear, we put the specimens on the rotary cavitation test machine and did a series of experiments in clear water and muddy water. We adopted several modern test instruments in the study, such as, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, x-ray diffractometer, electron micro probe and α-partical methods and so on. We observed carefully and analyzed the micro-structure of the spray welding coatings. We found that the crux of the matter which influences the property of resisting cavitation erosion and sand wear of the spray welding coating depends on the state of base phase of coating and also on the shape, quantity and distribution of hard phases. However, the most important factor which affects the distributed state of those phases lies in the content of some alloying elements, such as, Mo.B.Si and so on.
