3种材质输液容器对药物的相容性及吸附性考察 被引量:32

摘要 目的:考察非聚氯乙烯(PVC)多层共挤复合膜输液袋、PVC输液袋和玻璃瓶与大输液的相容性及3种材质输液容器对6种药物的吸附性。方法:将5%葡萄糖注射液(5%GS)、0.9%氯化钠注射液(0.9%NaCl)分别置于3种材质输液容器中存放1y,观察、测定并比较5%GS、0.9%NaCl各质量控制指标及其变化;将一定量6种药品加入3种包装材质输液中,与输液混合均匀后分别于0、1、24h时测定药物浓度,并与0h时比较。结果:与玻璃瓶比较非PVC和PVC材质输液容器中5%GS、0.9%NaCl多数检测指标结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),但PVC材质中2种大输液含量下降(P<0.05);在PVC输液袋中,胰岛素、硝酸异山梨酯和硝酸甘油含量在34.44%~80.80%之间,含量下降百分比与玻璃瓶比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);在玻璃瓶中,硝酸异山梨酯和硝酸甘油含量为72.83%~81.86%,含量下降百分比与非PVC比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PVC及玻璃瓶材质对部分药物有吸附性,应引起临床注意;非PVC材质与大输液相容性良好,对药物吸附性较小。 OBJECTIVE: To determine the compatibility of non PVC multilayer co-polymerized infusion film package,PVC infusion package and glass infusion bottle with infusion solutions and to determine the absorbability of infusion containers from 3 different materials to 6 kinds of drugs.METHODS:S% GS injection and 0.9% NaCI injection were respectively kept in infusion containers from 3 different materials for 1 year, then each quality control index and changes of 5%GS and 0.9%NaCl were observed, determined and compared;Suitable amount of 6 kinds of drugs were added into 3 kinds of infusion packages to be evenly mixed with transfusions, then the drug concentrations of which were determined at Oh, lh and 24h and the results of which were compared with that at Oh. RESULTS: No significant differences were found in the determination results of the majority indexes in the determination of 5%GS injection and 0.9%NaCl injection in PVC and non - PVC containers vs. the glass bottle(P 〉 0.05), however, the contents of the 2 solutions in PVC containers decreased(P〈0.05); In the PVC infusion package,the contents of insulin, isosorbide dinitrate and nitroglycerin vary from 34.44% to 80.80% ,and the contents decrease percentage of which has a statistical difference vs.that of the glass bottle(P〈0.05); In the glass bottle, the contents of isosorbide dinitrate and nitroglycerin vary from 72.83%--81.86%, and the contents decrease percentage of which has a statistical difference vs. that of the non - PVC container( P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION : PVC and glass bottle package materials have absorbability to some of the drugs, which the clinic should draw attention to; Non- PVC infusion packages have good compatibility with infusion solutions and the absorbability of which to medicine is fairly small。
