摘要
According to the principle of system economics and international system theory,the paper demonstrates the need to re-innovate APEC system through the analysis of the limit of existing system innovation and its dilemma and then makes conceptions and prospect for its re-innovation,and finally based on the above,analyzes its feasibility.
