Analysis of Operating Process on CQJ Series Hydraulic Shovelling-type Cleaning Machine for Ore-car

ＣＱＪ系列三种型号液压铲式清车机的动作原理，分别为推卸式、扒卸式和铲削式。在对铲刀作业范围与矿车相关位置的图示以及对清车作业过程的说明基础上，分析了这三种炉式清车机作业的共性和各自的特点。

CQJ series hydraulic shovelling-type cleaning machine for ore-car has three models according to its action principle,which are pushing-type,raking-type and scraping-tin respectively. Based on the drawings of the scraping knife operating range relatively to ore-car position and the illustration of operating process concerning the cleaning ore-car,the general character and respective character in operation of three scraping-type ore-car cleaning machines are analysed.
