摘要
本文用LLP变分法导出了多层极性膜中束缚极化子的基态和激发态能量与膜厚、电子位置及A1掺杂量等参数值的关系,并利用电子一体(界面)光学声子相互作用所产生诱生势的表达式对膜内极化子的极化效应作了讨论和分析。
The ground state and the excited state energies are calculated as a function of the slab thickness, the electron position and the alloy composition for the bound polaron in multiple polar crystal slab by using LLP variational technique. The polar effects of the polaron in slab are also investigated by discussing the expression of the induced potential which is produced by the eleclron-bulk ( interface ) optical phonon.
