摘要
教师自我效能感是教师对自身教育能力与影响力的自我判断、信念与感受,它是教师自主发展的重要内在动力机制,影响着教师身心健康、专业承诺、工作动机和教育行为等多方面的发展。本文具体阐述了教师自我效能感这一内在动力机制在教师自主发展中的重要作用与价值。
As an important inherent motive mechanism in teacher' s self - development, teacher' s perceived self - efficacy refers to teacher' s judgment, belief and feelings of his or her own educational influence and abilities. It has great influence on teacher's health of body and mind, professional commitment, working motivation and educational behaviors. In this paper, we make a deep analysis of the important roles and values of teacher's perceived self- efficacy in teacher's self- development.
