摘要
本研究就小学教师的教学知识现状、获取途径及影响教师教学知识获得的职业意识进行了调查研究,研究以浙江省小学数学教师为主要对象,以问卷调查为主要方法,并辅之以访谈和课堂观察,得出以下结论:小学教师的新课程教学知识急待提高,尤其是教学内容知识;小学教师的知识获取途径表现出模仿与对话的特性;小学教师的职业意象、职业性质认同与职业价值取向表现出趋同性;小学教师的职业危机与职业倦怠需要引起足够的重视。
The research investigates three issues, including current conditions of primary teacher's teaching knowledge, the way that acquires such knowledge and the professional consciousness that affects teachers to acquire the knowledge. The main objects are the math teachers of primary school in Zhejiang province. Besides interview and classroom observation, this investigation uses questionnaire as major research method. The conclusions are as follows:Primary teacher' s teaching knowledge related to new curriculum should be improved, especially the knowledge of content; The ways and means used to acquire teaching knowledge are imitating and talking; Professional self- image, identity and value tend to develop together; More attention should be paid to the crisis of profession and professional weariness and idleness among primary teachers.
