反全球化对国际经济法发展的影响

The Influence of Anti-globalization to International Economic Law

晚近几年,反全球化运动成了一种世界性的现象,并且对世界社会诸多方面产生了巨大的影响。鉴于这一趋势以及反全球化与国际法之间的紧密联系,现行国际经济法应当作出适度的改变。一方面,反全球化不会使现行国际经济法变形变质;另一方面,反全球化对国际经济法不无影响,现行国际经济法又需要作出回应,这种回应应当主要针对共同性问题、合理性问题、具有现实基础的问题以及经济性问题。

Anti-globalization movement has become a worldwide phenomenon for recent years and it has made much influence to the world. There are close relations between anti-globalization and international law. Changes should be made by the present international economic law in order to respond to the requirements arising from anti-globalization movement. On one hand, anti-globalization would not make a substantial change to the present international economic law; on the other hand, the present international economic law should consider the widespread, rational, practical and economic requirements。
