摘要
为了提高川西洛带构造气田的机械钻速,分析了该构造二开井段PDC钻头使用情况,针对地层特点,结合现场设备状态,与钻头生产厂家合作,开发出AB1605型钢体和胎体式PDC钻头,并在JS17井组中进行了应用.结果表明,该钻头可适应地层岩性变化,能够钻穿细砾石地层,而且机械钻速大幅度提高,实钻中对钻具组合进行优化,减少起下钻次数,进一步缩短了钻井周期.在JS17井组中,实际钻井周期比设计缩短了33.75%~42.14%,2种尺寸PDC钻头都创造了该构造同类型钻机、相似井段、相邻区块钻井周期最短纪录.
In order to improve the penetration rate of Lu od ai structural gas field in Sichuan west, we have analyzed the application condit ions of PDC bits used in the secondary hole of the structure. According to the f ormation characteristics and combining with the field equipments appearance, we have developed the AB1605 type steel matrix PDC bit by cooperating with the manu facturer of the PDC bit. The PDC bit has been applied in JS17 well, the result i ndicates that it fits the lithologic variation of the formation, and drill throu gh gravel formation. The penetration rate increases significantly. During the dr illing process, the make-up of string optimum can decrease the rounds of trip an d shorten further the drilling cycle. In JS17 well group, the actual drilling cy cle is 33.75%~42.14% shorter than the design drilling cycle. The shortest drilli ng cycle record in the same construct, same kind rig, similar well section and a djacent blocks was achieved.
