浅析悬式瓷绝缘子击穿率高的原因与对策

Approach to Causes and Countermeasures against High Breakage Rate of Cap and Pin Type Insulators at Sparking Test

根据湿法成型的生产实践,分析指出杂质(布套纤维)、半成品开裂、压模不致密、泥料收缩不同等是导致悬式绝缘子工频火花试验击穿率高的原因。阐述了采取加强回收泥的使用管理,购买高质量的棉布制作布套,提高泥料的可塑性,严格控制烘房的湿度等措施后,可以提高产品的合格率。

Based on wet process practice, the high breakage rate of cap and pin insulators are attributed to fabric impurities from fabric capsule, green body fracture, non-compact pressing and uneven shrinkage of body. For increasing the acceptance rate following measures are proposed： improving management over body scrapes, preparing fabric capsules with high quality fabric, enhancing body plasticity and strict controlling humidity in drier, etc。
