摘要
根据湿法成型的生产实践,分析指出杂质(布套纤维)、半成品开裂、压模不致密、泥料收缩不同等是导致悬式绝缘子工频火花试验击穿率高的原因。阐述了采取加强回收泥的使用管理,购买高质量的棉布制作布套,提高泥料的可塑性,严格控制烘房的湿度等措施后,可以提高产品的合格率。
Based on wet process practice, the high breakage rate of cap and pin insulators are attributed to fabric impurities from fabric capsule, green body fracture, non-compact pressing and uneven shrinkage of body. For increasing the acceptance rate following measures are proposed: improving management over body scrapes, preparing fabric capsules with high quality fabric, enhancing body plasticity and strict controlling humidity in drier, etc。
