摘要
介绍了舰船电力推进原动机多模块配置试验台的构成情况和工作原理.此试验台可以进行多模块配置(CODOG与COGOG)及多工况下的动力切换试验,测控系统为切换过程的数据记录提供了保证.瞬时转速、瞬时扭矩和三S离合器中间滑移件位移测量是研究柴-燃、燃-燃多模块配置联合动力装置主机切换动态特性的关键.应用测控系统通过实验得到了三S离合器中间滑移件的动态特性.
The paper introduces the composition and principle of warship electrical propulsion prime mover multi-module experiment rig. This rig may carry out multi- module (CODOG and COGOG) power switch experiment under several operating modes. Measure and control system offers guarantee for the data of switching process. Instant rotational speed, instant torque and displacement of intermediate sliding component of Syndro Self shifting clutches are the key properties to study switch of combined power plant of diesel-gas turbine and gas turbine-gas turbine. This measure and control system has been applied to achieve the dynamics of Syndro Self Shifting clutch intermediate sliding component through experiment.
