Studies on Crystallization and Magnetic Properties of Co_(66)Fr_4Mo_2Si_(16)B_(12) Amorphous Alloy

摘要 本文研究了Co66Fe4Mo2Si16B12非晶合金在653K~813K之间的不同温度退火后的晶化及磁性的变化。实验结果表明,随着退火温度升高,试样的初始磁导率明显上升,当Ta=753K时,合金开始晶化,析出Co2Si、Co2B、Co3B,其磁导率明显降低,但仍具有较高的磁感应强度;当退火温度继续提高,合金中析出的Co2Si、Co2B、Co3B的量增多,同时析出fccCo相,合金的软磁性能变得很差。
