摘要
目的了解南京市学龄儿童脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和β3-肾上腺素能受体(β3-AR)基因变异对脂质代谢的联合作用,为进一步探讨基因间的联合作用对肥胖的影响提供依据.方法对南京市177名6~12岁儿童的LPL和岛-AR基因变异进行检测,并测量体脂、血脂含量.结果同时有2种基因变异者BMI明显高于仅具有1种变异者或无变异者.析因分析结果显示,LPL基因变异为体重、BMI、血脂、肩胛下和腹部皮褶厚度增高的因素,β3-AR基因变异则是体重、BMI、腰围、臀围增大的因素,但未提示2种基因变异间有交互作用.结论LPL和β3-AR基因变异对机体脂质代谢的作用是相互独立的.
Objective To study the combined effeets of mutation of Lipuprotein lipase (LPL) and β3-adrenergic reeeptor (β3-AR) gene on the lipids metabolism in pupils in Nanjing, arid to provide evidence for further study. Methods Mutation of the gene of LPL and β3-AR was detected among 177 pupils aged 6-12 in Nanjing. Their bedv fat and serum lipids were measured. Results BMI in pupils with both mutations was higher than that of the pupils with only one or without any mutation. The results of factorial analysis indicated that LPL mutation was the main factor for the inerease of body weight, BMI, scram lipids, skin-fohl in scapular and abdomen. β3-AR mutation was the main faetor for the increase of bedy weight, BMI, eireumstanee of waist and hip, but no interaction was found between these 2 kinds of mutations. Conclusion LPL and β3-AR mutation play role role independently in the lipids metabolism of body.
