摘要
目的了解伴与不伴对立违抗障碍的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿智力和行为的差异,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。方法采用儿童行为量表(父母问卷CBCL)和韦氏儿童智力测验(WISC-CR)对单纯多动症患儿37例和合并对立违抗障碍的多动症患儿22例进行评分和对比分析。结果注意缺陷多动合并对立违抗障碍组患儿的总智商、言语和操作智商及填图、积木、拼图3个分测验评分均低于单纯多动症组;注意缺陷多动合并对立违抗障碍患儿组行为量表违纪、攻击行为和外化性问题评分高于单纯多动症组患儿。结论注意缺陷多动合并对立违抗障碍患儿的智商较单纯多动症患儿低,提示共病组存在更为明显的大脑发育障碍。注意缺陷多动合并对立违抗障碍患儿存在更加严重的违纪、攻击及外化性行为问题。
Objective To explore the differences of intelligence and behavioral problems in ADHD ( attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) children with and without ODD ( oppositional defiant disorder), and to provide evidence for preventive measures.Methods 37 children with simple ADHD and 22 children with ADHD + ODD were assessed by CBCL and WISC-CR. Then the children were compared with each other on IQ and CBCL scores. Results The scores of FIQ, VIQ, PIQ, PC, BD and PA in ADHD + ODD group were lower than the simple ODD group, but the children in ADHA + ODD group had higher scores of violation of the discipline, aggressive behaviors and externalizing problems than the children in simple ODD group. Conclusion Lower IQ is found in the children with ADHD + ODD, which indicates that they have more obvious cerebral development disorders as well as more problems of delinquent behaviors, aggressive behaviors and externalizing than simple ADHD group.
