摘要
针对传统机电产品的设计手工评价中存在效率低、客观性差、评价方法单一等问题,设计并实现了一个融合工业设计内容的综合评价系统,并且给出了系统的基本结构,介绍了每个模块的具体功能。采用3层结构,运用评价目标树的方法构建了评价指标体系;采用德尔菲法和判定法确定指标权重,运用语言变量与模糊数学相结合的方法对定性指标进行量化,采用归一化原则对原始数据进行标准化处理;通过人机交互方式,采用点计分法、名次计分法、排队法、经济技术评价法以及评分法对设计方案进行评价,并在此基础上采用Borda法进行综合评价和排序。实例验证结果表明,应用该系统所得评价结果客观、公正、合理。
To solve the evaluation problems of low efficiency and absence of objectivity, a comprehensive evaluation system based on industrial design knowledge was developed. The structure of system was built. The function of every module was explicated. An evaluating branch framework was constituted by the evaluating target tree. The system allows the user to decide the branch weight using Delphi and ratio analysis. The qualitative branch was measured by linguistic information and fuzzy mathematics. The original data were disposed. Different methods, such as the evaluation of point, the evaluation of sequence, the evaluation of queue, the evaluation of technology and economy and the graded approach were adopted in the system. The comprehensive evaluation result was achieved by the evaluation method of Borda based on the former ways. The results show that the evaluation result is objective, just and rational.
