阴道分泌物脱磷酸化胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1检测在胎膜早破诊断中的价值

目的:探讨阴道分泌物脱磷酸化胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)在胎膜早破诊断中的临床价值。方法:采用免疫层析法对70例胎膜早破的孕妇和60例正常孕妇阴道分泌物进行脱磷酸化IGFBP-1检测。结果:脱磷酸化IG-FBP-1诊断胎膜早破的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为100·0%、98·3%、98·6%、100·0%;脱磷酸化IG-FBP-1检测法与羊齿状结晶检测法及pH试纸检测法相比均有极显著意义(P均小于0·001)。结论:阴道分泌物脱磷酸化IG-FBP-l的检测可用于诊断胎膜早破,具有操作简便、快速和准确的特点,对临床确诊胎膜早破具有较大的实用价值。

Objective： To study the clinical value of dephosphorylate insulin - like growth factor binding protein - 1 （ IGFBP - 1 ） in vaginal secretion for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane （PROM） . Methods： Dephosphorylate IGFBP - 1 in vaginal secretion of 70 pregnant women with PROM and 60 normal pregnant women was measured by immunochromatography. Results： The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of dephosphorylate 1GFBP - 1 for diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes were 100% , 98. 3% , 98.6% and 100%. There were statistically significant differences between determination of dephosphorylate IGFBP - 1 and ferning test and nitrazine test （all P 〈0. 001 ） . Conclusion： Determination of dephosphorylate IGFBP - 1 in vaginal secretion could be used in diagnosis of PROM with easy, fast and accurate advantages.
