This paper describes the process of filling-up of waved packing material in laboratorymechanical agitated flotation machine,and the preliminary results of roughing notation tests conductedfor the concentrates of high intensity magnetic separator from Si Jiaying Iron Mine; limonite ore fromShangkuang Iron Mine of Weihai,Shandong and gold-bearing copper ore from Xiangshan,Chicheng,Hebei. Brief analysis was made and viewpoints were expressed for the process.
