摘要
IZ型系列渣浆泵的结构为卧式单吸离心式,外壳采用垂直中开式,安装维修方便,轴封采用背叶片、副叶轮、填料配合动力密封,基本无泄漏;叶轮与护板间距可调,保证泵高效运行。叶轮设计引入固相颗粒角速度的概念,以此建立液相的畸变速度场;压水室设计采用矩形断面、半螺旋形涡室。运行表明,高效、节能、节水、过流部件寿命大为提高,具有显著的经济效益。
The IZ series slag slurry pumps are of horizontal single-suction centrifugal type with a vertical middle-opened shell,which are easy to install and maintain. The shaft seal uses dynamic seal of the fitting. of back blades.auxilliary blade wheel and packing,thus there is basically no leaking. The spacing between the blade wheel and the guard plate is adjustable to insure the high efficient operation of the pump. The concept of the angular velocity of solid phase particles is introduced into the blade wheel design,on the basis of which the distortion,velocity field is established. The pressurized-water chamber design adopts rectangular section and half-spiral vortex chamber. The operation has shown that IZ type slag slurry pumps are high efficient,energy-saving and water-saving and have slurry-contacted parts with increased life. As a result,they have remarkable economic benefits.
