摘要
对普通开路磁系和高梯度磁系(在开路磁系中加上磁介质)进行了比较。从理论上分析了永磁高梯度磁选机分选各种弱磁性铁矿物的可能住,并用实验室试验进行了验证,最后给出了半工业试验结果。试验结果表明:永磁高梯度磁选机完全有可能回收赤、褐铁矿。
Comparison was made between common open-cboit magnehc aystem and high-gradientmagnetic system (open-circuit magnetic system added with magnetic medium) and theoretical analysiswas done on the possibility of separating various feedly magnetic iron minerals with high-gradient permanent magnetic separators. For verification,laboratory tests were carred out followed by pilot plant tests. The test results have shown that it is fully possible for high-gradient permanent magnetic separatorsto recover hematite and limonite.
