钢丝绳断丝检测装置的研究

Research on Device or Monitoring Broken Wire in Steel Rope

讨论了钢丝绳断丝信号与噪声的频率与幅值特征，分析了断丝在线检测中的漏检与误检的原因。对研制的ＧＤＹ型钢丝断丝检测仪作一简介，并提出了减少漏检与误检的一些测量措施。

This paper discusses the frequency and amplitude characters of signal and noise of broken wrie in steel rope,and analyses the reasons of omission inspection and erroneous inspection in in-linemonitoring of broken wire. Simultaneously,the developed GDY model device for monitoring broken wirein steel rope is also presented,and some measuring methods of decreasing omission inspection and erroneous inspection is put forward.
