荧光标记法观察负荷状态下颌骨内植入种植体

摘要 目的探讨不同时期负荷状态下颌骨植入种植体的骨整合变化。方法负荷状态下在5个实验狗的下颌前磨牙和第一磨牙区植入两种种植体,分别于术后2、4、8、12、24周后采用光镜,荧光标记法观察种植体一骨组织界面。结果8周时基本达到临床骨性愈合,随着时间推移骨整合出现改建。结论在同一实验狗中,负荷状态下种植体骨整合无显著性差异。 Objective To study osseointergration of intro-madibular implants in the loaded state. Methods Two types of implants were implanted in the madibular premolar and the first molar region of five beagle dogs by using immediate implantation( with etraetion) and postponed implantation( 3 months after etraetion) in the loaded state. The interfaees between implants and bones were studied by LM and Fluoreseent signature respeetively at 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 weeks after implantation. Results We found that the clinical osseointergration finished after 8 weeks, and osseointergration was evident to rebuild after 8 weeks. Conclusion In the same dog, osseointergration shows no significantly difference between them.
