摘要 采用相关分析和通径分析法探讨了烟支重量、吸阻和抽吸口数等指标对TPM的影响。结果表明:①对同一卷烟产品,在配方、规格和材料相对稳定的条件下,烟支重量、抽吸口数和吸阻与TPM存在较强的相关关系;②抽吸口数和烟支重量的综合作用及其对TPM的直接和间接影响均大于吸阻。因此,采取多种技术措施改善烟丝的燃烧性能、减小烟支重量并严格控制其波动,增大或稳定滤嘴的吸阻,对于卷烟降焦控焦是至关重要的。 The effects of cigarette weight, draw resistance and puff number on TPM were studied with correlation and path analyses. The results showed that : 1 ) TPM was significantly correlated with cigarette weight, puff number and draw resistance when the blend, size and materials of cigarette were the same; 2) the combined, direct and indirect effects of puff number and weight on TPM were greater than the effect of draw resistance. Therefore, it was vital for tar reducing and controlling to improve the burning property of cut tobacco, reduce cigarette weight and control its fluctuation tightly, and raise or stabilize draw resistance of filter。
