摘要
介绍了镁钙碳砖在25tLF精炼炉钢包上的试验及使用情况.结果表明:镁钙碳砖的损蚀比高铝砖、镁碳砖、铬镁砖和铝镁碳砖都少,残余砖更厚.镁钙碳砖的侵蚀速度仅是原用镁铬砖的十分之一.使用该砖后使钢包使用寿命提高了2~3倍.镁钙碳砖是一种经济又实用的包衬材料.
The experiment and application of magnesia-calcia-carbon fireproof bricks in 25gLF refinement ladle is introduced. The result indicates: the erodibility of magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks is less than high-aluminium bricks, magnesium-chromium bricks, and alumina-magnesia-carbon bricks; theresidual bricks are thicker. The eroded ratio of magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks is only 1/10 of the magnesium-chromium bricks used previously. Using the magnesium-carbon-calcium fireproof briks, the ladle life can be increased up to 2- 3 times. Magnesium-carbon-calcium fireproof brick is a kind of economical and practical ladle liner material.
