摘要
介绍一种采用DSP设计的中频感应熔炼炉的功率分配器,用于在单台额定功率供电的条件下实现2台炉体之间的熔炼-保温转换,以适应连续浇注的需要.实现上述功能的方法是对2台中频电源整流部分的余弦输出特性进行线性化校正,使功率调节与整流输出之间呈线性关系.通过实验测试证明加入线性校正后的合成功率变化范围为单台额定功率的0.98~1.06倍,而校正前为1.00~1.32倍,校正后的合成功率非常接近于单台供电电源变压器的额定功率.
A power-distributor of middle-frequency inductive furnace designed by DSP is introduced in this paper. It can distribute the power dissipation between two furnaces and not overstep the rating one, so as to realize the conversion of two furnaces from melting to heat preservation smoothly and suit the demand of continuous casting. The method to complete the function above is to change the cosine character of rectifier of two middle-frequency power supplies to obtain a lineal relationship between power adjustment and rectifier output. The test shows that the total power dissipation of two furnaces is 0.98- 1.06 times than one with lineal correction, and it is 1.00- 1.32 times than one without lineal correction. It is very close to the rating power dissipation of one power supply transformer.
