腹部闭合性损伤合并单纯性小肠破裂的诊治探讨(附31例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury combined with simple small intestine rupture (a report of 31 cases).

目的探讨外伤性闭合性单纯性小肠破裂的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾分析和总结31例外伤性闭合性单纯性小肠破裂患者的临床资料。结果本组31例全部治愈,治愈率100%;术后并发切口感染1例,经局部更换敷料后痊愈。结论掌握单纯性小肠破裂的特点,早期诊断;掌握好探查指征,早期手术,可提高治愈率。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury combined with simple small intestine rupture. Methods Clinical data of 31 cases of closed abdominal injury combined with simple small intestine rupture were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were cured, with the recovery rate of 100%. Postoperative infection occurred in 1 case,which was healed through local change of dressing. Conclusion Early diagnosis and surgical management on the konwlcdgc of the characteristics of the simple small intestine rupture may raise the recovery rate.
