摘要
目的:损伤大鼠双侧基底核形成阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型,用空间参考记忆和空间工作记忆共同检测该模型的可靠性。方法:选用3月龄大鼠16只,随机选8只制成模型组,将鹅膏蕈酸钠(IBO)注入大鼠双侧基底核,其余8只为青年对照组。另选24月龄大鼠8只为老年对照组。用Morris水迷宫对3组大鼠进行行为学检测。结果:模型组与青年组、老年组相比,空间参考记忆和空间工作记忆均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:空间参考记忆和空间工作记忆是检测AD模型的可靠方法。
Objective: To explore the reliability of Alzheimer's disease (AD) model in rats with spatial reference memory and spatial working memory. Methods: Sixteen young rats (3 months) were divided into model and young control groups. The former was injected ibotenic acid (IBO) into bilateral nuleus basalis. Another 8 senile rats (24 months) were acted as senile control group. Ethological examination was tested with Morris water maze. Results: The spatial reference memory and spatial working memory of the model group declined more significantly than those of the young and senile control groups (P〈0.01). Conclu- sion: The spatial reference memory and spatial working memory are reliable methods to examine AD model.
