高血压患者伴焦虑抑郁障碍的氟西汀治疗

Flestime Treatment of Anxiety Depression in Patients with Hypertension

目的评价盐酸氟西汀治疗原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁症状患者的疗效。方法40例原发性轻中度高血压伴焦虑抑郁症状患者,口服降压药2周后,加用盐酸氟西汀片8周,采用汉密顿抑郁表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑表(HAMA)进行疗效评定。结果盐酸氟西汀治疗后焦虑和抑郁症状较治疗前明显改善,总有效率分别为91%和75%,HAMD和HAMA评分治疗前分别为30·60±2·55和29·90±1·45,治疗后分别为11·22±2·47和9·92±1·50,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0·01)。结论高血压患者常伴焦虑抑郁症状,应注意识别,对此类患者降压的同时加用盐酸氟西汀治疗更加有效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of flextime hydrochloride on anxiety depression in patients with hypertension. Methods Forty patients with mild to moderate hypertension complicated anxiety depression were enrolled. After 2 weeks of antihypertensinv treatment flextime hydrochloride was added for another 8 weeds. The score of HAMD and HAMA were analyzed. Results After administration of PROZAC, the symptoms of anxiety and depression were significantly improved. The response rates were 91% and 75% respectively. The score of HAMD {30.60±2.55 vs 11.22±2.47） and HAMA （29.90±1.45 vs 9.92±1.50） were lower （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The anxiety and depression are common in hypertension. Administration of antihypertensive drugs with adding antianxiety and antidepression drugs was safe and effective.
