On the classification of higher education and its quality criterion types

普通高等教育与高等职业教育是两种不同类型的教育,前者属学术定向的教育,后者属职业定向的教育。两种教育类型的差异,体现在学术质量标准和职业质量标准的差异上。

The classification between ordinary higher education and higher vocational education, which belong to different types. The former is an academic directional one, and the latter is professional directional one. The difference of quality criterion mainly manifests in the academic criterion and the vocational criterion.
