摘要
本文从制度选择角度对高校科技产业发展过程进行了系统分析,提出了高校科技成果转化和产业化的两个“链条”的观点,建立了反映企业生存与死亡状况的一般模型,进行了高校科技企业的退出时机选择和高校科技企业生存与死亡状况的实证分析。
The study lies in the systematic and thorough research into the university hitech industry development in the light of the alternative institution. It also lies in the viewpoint of the so-called “two chains” constituting hi-tech transformation and industrialization models indicating the enterprises＇ conditions of survival and elimination. Authentic proofs for existence and demise of university hi-tech enterprises are presented.
