大学虚拟跨学科组织的原则、特征和优势——以麻省理工学院CSBi运行机制为例

The principles, characteristics and advantages of the VIO——On the case of the operating mechanism of MIT's CSBi

麻省理工学院CSBi的虚拟运行机制代表了当今大学一种新型跨学科组织模式(VIO),它围绕特定组织目标和内容,以某一核心团队为依托进行管理,利用现代化计算机网络和通讯工具,将参与目标实现的多学科组织连接起来,实现了教育资源的优化、共享和互补,提高了大学组织对外界的适应性和灵活性,促进了大学组织的跨学科发展,对我国大学的改革写组织创新具有启示与借鉴意义。

The virtual operating mechanism of MIT＇s CSBi representats a new mode of the university interdisciplinary organization. The VIO is working relying on a core group, special organization goals, modern high performance computer networks ＆ communication tools and multi-interdisciplinary organizations embodying the ability ＆ desire to realize the organization＇s goals, so it can optimize and share the limited educational resources, increase the adaptability and flexibility of the university organization and realize the interdisciplinary development of the university organization. In addition, we can draw experiences from it and apply it to our university reform and organization creation.
