摘要
初步探讨了复合电镀工艺参数对复合镀层的影响,着重研究了pH值和电流密度对Ni-W-ZrO2纳米复合镀层表面形貌和n-ZrO2共析量的影响。结果表明:在其它工艺条件相同时,选择适当的pH值和电流密度可制备出ZrO2纳米微粒均匀分布的复合镀层。用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(XPS)分别观察和测定了复合镀层的表面形貌和各组分的含量,镀层均匀、细致,分散良好。
A technique about Ni-W-ZrO2 nanometer electrodeposition process was developed. The effects of technological parameters such as pH value and current density on the composite coating appearance and n-ZrO2 deposition amount were studied, n-ZrO2 particle dispersed uniformly on the surface of composite coating in proper pH values and current densities. SEM and XPS analyses showed that the appearance of coatings was fine and uniform.
