摘要
首先分析了都江堰洪水的特征和洪水的危害,提出了利用旧鱼嘴电站的土坝和以上的废弃土地修建杨柳湖旁侧水库,沿白马堰流道经土坝泄洪闸、沙黑总河、小罗堰冲沙渠排泄洪水,将有效地保证都江堰枢纽区水利工程和文物景观的安全。
By analyzing the characteristic and the damage of flood at Dujiangyan project in Sichuan province, the authors propose a plan to construct Yangliuhu side-reservoir to make use of the old earth-dam of Yuzui plant. After this reservoir constructed, the flood will run through the spill-way of Baimayan, Shahei river and the sand-erosion channel of the Xiaoluoyan to the downstream effectively protected. The hydraulic project and the cultural relic of Dujiangyan can be effectively protected.
