血小板活化因子在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血小板活化因子(PAF)与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)之间的关系。方法应用改良的Henson法测定实验鼠和HIE血清PAF水平,应用拮抗剂银杏提取物(BN52021)治疗实验鼠。结果实验鼠和患儿血清PAF明显高于对照组(P<0.001),对PAF增高的实验鼠,应用BN52021治疗,可以明显降低PAF的水平。结论PAF可做为判断HIE病情轻重程度和预后的重要指标,BN52021能明显抑制HIE小鼠体内PAF的产生,降低PAF在血清中的含量(P<0.001)。 Ohjeetive To investigate the relationship between platelet activating factor(PAF) and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE), Methods Serum PAF in test Wistar and 20 patients with HIE were assessed by improved Henson' s method. The PAF antagonist(BN52021 ) was used to treat test mice with HIE, Results The level of serum PAF in test Wistar and patients with HIE was significantly higher than that of normal control group( P 〈 0.001 ). The level of serum PAF in test Wistar with higher PAF was reduced by ginkgolides antagonist(BN52021 ). Conclusion The PAF is related to HIE and taken as important reference for degree and prognosis of HIE. The ginkgolides antagonist( BN52021 ) can obviously restrain the production of PAF in test Wistar with HIE and low serum PAF(0. 001 ).
