易变形件的激光相变强化

摘要 用激光相变硬化工艺处理了两批易变形工件,成品合格率为95%~100%。经激光处理后的工件用万能工具显微镜进行分析,建立起细长工件进行激光扫描后弯曲变形的一种数学模型,并且探讨了工件沿轴向激光扫描后的变形趋势及其变化。 Two batches of susceptively distorted components were treated by laser trans formation hardening. The qualified Tate of treated components is 95 %~ 100%. The treated components were analysed by an universal microscope. The mathematical model of bending distortion of long and thin shaft treated by laser hardening was established. The distortion trend and its variation of components treated by laser scanning along axis were investigated.
