摘要
本文通过钢的直接电加热快速渗铝工艺试验,研究了Q235钢渗铝层的生长规律、组织组成、渗层铝浓度分布状态和硬度分布状态,并与1Cr18Ni9Ti钢作了比较。结果表明,直接电加热快速渗铝工艺能大大缩短渗铝周期,具有高效节能的效果。
Through the experiment on the fast aluminizing of steel by electro-heating directly, the growth principle, microstructure, aluminium concentration and hardness distritbution in the coating on steel Q235 are researched and the results are compared with those of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti same treated It is shown that the aluminizing period is shortened greatly through fast aluminizing by electro-heating directly. This technology is highly efficient and can save energy.
